1. Agreement

By accessing or using FateTap, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Minimum age: 13. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. The service (what this site actually does)

• You may cast a natal chart by entering birth date, time, and place—no account login is required.
• Planetary positions are calculated by an on-site rules engine (approximate ephemeris suitable for product use, not observatory-grade software).
• Result pages may show chart graphics, rules-based copy, AI-generated reading text when available, and template-based sections such as personality core, advanced topics, and yearly profection themes keyed to your chart.
• Birthplace search may use a third-party geocoding service; AI readings may call an AI model endpoint with chart-derived facts.

3. No account fees on this product

FateTap as offered at https://fate.taptapf.com does not require paid checkout, in-app purchases, or subscription billing to cast a free chart. If we later introduce paid features, we will describe pricing and refund rules before you pay—and update these Terms.

4. Entertainment and non-advice disclaimer

Charts and readings are for self-reflection, education, and entertainment only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. Do not use them as the sole basis for decisions about health, money, safety, or relationships. If you need professional help, consult a qualified practitioner.

5. Accuracy limits

Results depend on the birth data you enter (especially birth time and place). Different house systems, timekeeping, or ephemerides can change outcomes. AI text can contain errors or generic phrasing. We do not guarantee that any placement or reading is complete, unique, or predictive of real-world events.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape at abusive volume, or disrupt our systems or third-party APIs
• Misrepresent AI or rules-based text as certified professional advice
• Submit others’ birth data without a legitimate reason to do so

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

7. Intellectual property

FateTap branding, site design, software, and original written materials remain ours or our licensors’. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial charting. You keep rights to the birth details you type; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the features you request.

8. Third-party services and ads

The site may rely on third parties (hosting, geocoding, AI, analytics, advertising). Their terms and privacy practices also apply when those tools run. Advertising or measurement tags may be enabled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, pause, or discontinue features without liability. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON CHARTS OR READINGS.
